E-Telemarketer

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

·         Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.

• Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.

·         Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through telephone

·         Telephone or e-mail to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.

Qualifications:

• Completion of high school
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
• Knowing principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• Fluent in both oral and written English with great communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
