Corporate Outbound Sales Wireless Division

Job Description:

• Sell high-quality telecommunication services and products to a broad range of
  telecommunications customers
•  Manage the whole sales process from first point of contact with potential customers to closing the sale.
• Contact prospects using remote methods, including telephone (cold calling), email, online chat, conference calls.
• Present services and products,  perform contract and price negotiations, prepare contractual documents and close the sale with the clients.
• Assume responsibility for the knowledge of product, service, campaign/ promotional offerings as well as the competitive market place that will be essential for servicing client’s needs.

Job Requirements

·         Must have sales experience in the telecommunications industry (i.e. Bell, Rogers, Telus, Fido)

·         Ability to give full presentation over the telephone and provide prospects with all required information

·         Ability to make a target amount of calls per day

·         Ability to respond to clients objections and effectively close the sale.

·         Superior customer service skills.

·         Self-motivated and reliable team member.

·         Excellent communication skills including a clear, pleasant speaking voice, enunciation and listening skills, and accurate spelling and grammar
