Telecommunications - Construction Manager (URGENT)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in 3G or GSM Site Construction Management.
• Must be able to work throughout the design process- making recommendations to ensure that the design stays within cost constraints.
• Pre-development input of construction techniques and cost.
• Establishment of all final construction documents - schedules and budgets.
• Oversight on a periodic basis of all on-site construction activities for multiple sites.
• Completion and close-out of the project and the acceptance of each project by the Owner/Customer.
• Manage projects to schedule.
• Address all warranty issues and complete final documentation.
• Analyze job costs and manage projects to the closing budget.
• Provide oversight for value architectures for all predevelopment projects
• Good computer skills, self- motivated and ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Location: Toronto, with occasional travel to other Canadian cities.
