Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this Receptionist opportunity possesses a professional demeanor combined with 2+ years of Reception experience in a business environment. Additionally, you possess experience dealing with couriers and you enjoy dealing with people both over the telephone and in person. The incumbent must also possess intermediate Microsoft Outlook and basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills combined with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute. Description:
As the selected Receptionist, you will be responsible for a range of duties including answering a multi-line telephone, meet and greet all visitors and ensure procedures regarding visitors are followed, answer general telephone inquiries using excellent telephone etiquette, screening calls, organizing catering and handling Couriers.  The Receptionist is also required to do general office errands such as picking up kitchen items (fruit, napkins etc.) and delivering items to various offices near by (including banking).  Preparation of the boardroom for meetings is also required. Other duties may include basic filing, creating new files, data entry, preparing shipments, general office duties as required.
