Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, tech-savvy, and motivated sales / customer service representatives for our Direct Fulfillment division. This division, which receives over 45,000 calls each month, is responsible for creating and promoting EPP (Employee Purchase Plan) wireless solutions for major Fortune 500 companies and Government Agency employees, as well as their immediate families.  You will gain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s wireless solutions, explore the latest wireless devices in the market, strive with a competitive spirit, gain expertise in sales and customer service skills, and much more. Responsibilities:

• Assist Corporate clients with their purchase of either voice or data services.

• Qualify customers’ need for additional products and services.

• Follow up with all online sales orders and leads.

•Meet and exceed team’s monthly target.

• Efficiently resolve customer issues and create positive client experiences.

• Act proactively and demonstrate leadership skills.

• Assist clients with technical inquiries.

• Identify opportunities and offer most suitable and cost effective solutions.

• Establish solid professional relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty.

• Maintain goal oriented personality and think outside the box.

• Receive and incorporate feedback to improve personal and business performance.

 

Qualifications:

• Have a high school diploma or higher.

• Bilingualism (French & English both oral and written communications).

• Work experience in a structured, goal-oriented environment.

• Enjoy helping customers and selling.

• Typing speed of 65WPM.

• Ability to function in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.

• Demonstrate ability to positively influence others (propose options/solutions to customers).

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrate superior selling techniques.

• Ability to communicate effectively with corporate clients, both verbally and in writing.

• Solid understanding of wireless industry is considered an asset.
