Commercial Building Operator

Our Client located in the GTA is looking for a Building Operator to join their team.

The successful candidate will be highly professional with excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, BES 1 & 2 certified, have a minimum of 5 year operations experience and works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

*  Conduct all preventative maintenance as required
*  Troubleshooting of all major equipment
*  All minor electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs
*  Deal with contractors and suppliers for repairs/maintenance
*  Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
*  All general maintenance of the building internal/external
