Commercial Property Manager

Our Client is looking for an Experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their team in the GTA.  The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Managing the day to day activities of portfolio
* All tenant relations and correspondence
* Dealing with contractors/suppliers including ensuring work is completed on time and within budget
* Dealing with capital projects and tenant build outs from conception to completion
* Assisting with CAM and Realty Tax recovery reconciliation
* All budgeting duties and monthly meetings
* Ensuring all receivables are up to date
* Ensure follow-up on tenant renewals, step ups in rent and new charges up to date
* Work closely with leasing and accounting departments
* All other duties as required
