Senior Production and Quality Manager

Kobotic Ltd. is looking for a Full-time, permanent, experienced talent with New Production and Quality Control management in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

 

The candidate’s role will be focused on managing the new Production Operation and Quality Control of the company.

This includes receiving orders from the sales and engineering department, building & shipping parts, and handling customer support. The candidate should have experience in creating and implementing processes relating to operations. A desire to be challenged, adapt quickly, learn new technologies, and work hard as the company continues to grow is essential.

 

•     Manage customer orders

•    Schedule, Build, Verify, and Ship products to customers

•     Handle product inventory

•    Interface with customers on support issues

•     Be involved with establishing operation processes and quality control

•    Aid with other tasks within the company as needed

•    Technical writing and documentation as needed

 

•     5+ years as Production Manager, prefer in welding manufacturing environment

•     3+ years of experience in Quality Control, Customer Support and Field Return Management

•     Understanding of welding techniques and machine tooling

•     Sufficient knowledge/experience with automotive PPAP, ISO9001, six sigma, and DFEMA analysis

•     Excellent communication skills: written & oral

·         Experience in driving fork lift truck.

•     Creative, positive, and self‐motivated

•     Capable of working independently and with a team

•     Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

 

•   Understanding of healthcare products and automotive parts

•   Chinese and English speaking. International business engagement experience.
