Senior Manager, Accounting - Property

Our client, a leading real estate firm, is looking for a Senior Manager, Accounting for their flagship property in Toronto office.  This organization has grown rapidly and is looking for key players to grow with them.

Reporting to the Controller, this individual will manage a team with day-to-day accounting duties.  Using their understanding of property reporting, this individual will ensure integrity of management reports, financial results, internal controls, budgeting and forecasting for the property.  Regular review of SOX compliance packages and process improvement is also required.   

Applicants should have a Canadian designation (CA, CMA or CGA) and at least 5+ years of experience in management capacity within real estate.
