Senior Analyst - Operations

Our client, a rapidly growing financial services firm in Toronto, is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Accounting Operations team.  This organization offers an extremely lucrative compensation package including bonus, pension, amazing benefits and over 4 weeks vacation.    This organization is looking for top performers to develop and groom into their future leaders. 

In this newly created role, you will work closely and report directly to the Budget Manager.  Major duties include; expense analysis, maintain GL integrity, budget preparation, set up GL and expense management data, oversee AP cash management and policy implementation regarding expense claims.  Period end duties include expense review, accruals, reconciliations, reporting, analysis, remittances and maintaining internal control.

In order to be considered for this role candidates must have a Canadian Accounting designation (CA, CMA or CGA).  Applicants must have 3+ years of experience in a senior accounting or analysis role recently performing similar functions and 2+ years of accounts payable experience.  Advanced Excel is required.  Oracle and Cognos experience would be an asset.
