MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

 

Ø    Setting up new accounts and optimizing accounts of new and existing clients

Ø    Monitoring business accounts and providing relevant support

Ø    Handling customers’ inquiries and complaints via email and phone

Ø    Maintaining good customer relations

Ø    Identifying and solving client problems proactively

Ø    Providing tailor-made services to clients for setting up campaigns

Ø    Making warm calls to customers; Up selling to existing clients

Ø    Assisting in advertising and marketing campaigns; Conducting marketing research    studies

Ø    Handling Live Support

Ø        Network Support

Ø        Account Verification

Ø        Making reports and providing administrative support to Manager of Customer Services & Sales

 

REQUIREMENTS

Ø    Diploma or B.A. in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience

Ø    Strong customer service skills

Ø    Knowledge of Microsoft Products (Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, etc.)

Ø    Proficiency in oral & written English

Ø    Excellent phone skills and communication skills;

Ø    Polite manners and positive working attitude

Ø    Strong research skills and organizational skills

Ø    Exceptional interpersonal skill

Ø    Self-motivated

Ø    Willing to learn, accept new ideas

Ø    Sales skill is a plus
